Tom Jones Editing Exercise

As we will be needing to lip sync in our music video, we practiced doing this using Tom Jones' song 'It's not Unusual' and used Final Cut to edit between two different shots but still keeping the lips and music synced together in time. We used the blade tool again, like we did with the Pink Panther exercise, to cut the shot of the girls sitting down and then deleted sections at different points, so their movements fitted in to the beat of the music and the main singer was still lip syncing in time. We cut the music to be as long as the shots of film and added fade in and out effects to both the music and film.
