From deciding that we didnt like the orginal idea for the CD poster we staged another photoshoot of us individully acting bonkers and wild. We felt this would best suit the poster and the concept of our music video which is crazy and weird. From editing them on photoshop I changed the colour of each of us so we looked more like characters and fitted well with our music video which includes alot of colours. We all felt it looked really effective and liked the idea more than the orginal.

Design Ideas for CD poster
As a group we had created ideas for our CD Cover and Georgia contiuned creating the cove rand I moved on to create the CD poster. As a group we decided to still include the concept of the brickwall as we felt it was a strong idea. We staged a photoshoot of us leaning on top of eachothers backs and then put them together so I appeared to look as though we were all piled on top of eachother. I tried out a number of different ideas by changing the background to see what looked most effective. We placed us up the side of the poster leaving space to write information about the album release. Although after a group meeting we decided we didnt think the CD poster idea was strong enough and almost looked kid like.

Rough ideas for CD cover-2
I then moved on to take more photos which still included the brickwall but this time we tried out different facial expressions and postions we would have Sami in. We thought as a group It would look effective to have him from a side profile pretending to scream out the words bonkers which is our album title. By doing this it would also convey the idea of loud and wild which relates to the title of 'bonkers'. Therefore Georgia took photos of me to see whether our idea was successful.
Rough ideas for CD cover
We took these pictures to experiment with different camera angles. By taking pictures we were able to see the camera angles we liked so we could use similar ones for the final images on our CD cover and poster.

CD cover inspiration
This is one of the inspirations for our CD cover. We had the idea of the background being a brick wall. We thought a the character featured in our CD cover could be shot from the side with their mouth open and their head slightly upwards, so it looks as though they are screaming at the air. We thought of adding in crazy bright font so that it looks as though the character is shouting 'Bonkers'. Similar to how Mr Basista has spelt out his name in his music video.
We want our characters body language to be relaxed but their facial expression to be tensed up and give off the emotion of anger. We would like the character in our CD cover to have the body language of the person in the above photograph.

Ideas for Album Cover
This was our original idea that I drew up for our CD cover. As a group we wanted to include the brickwall as the background as we had used that alot throughout our music video, therefore the two linked together and would create a branding for our production company. We decided to include Sami to feature on the CD cover as he is singing in our video and is the main artist. This also displays CD conventions by having the main artist feature on the cover therefore the audience will recognise the artist from the video. As the CD cover doesnt convey the idea of 'bonkers' I drew Sami with sunglasses on and drew on weird eyes in different colours. The text for the album cover 'bonkers' is going to be in colourful graffti which relates to the brickwall concept. By using graffti and the brickwall it relates back to Dizzee Rascal's upbringing and the loaction where grime orginates from which is East London where graffti and high rise buildings is common.
